FAST, EVEN HEATING COOKING
The NuWave Medley offers precise temperature control with the simple turn of a knob. You can cook between 100°F and 425°F with the ability to adjust your cooking temperature in 5° increments. Additionally, while other electric skillets use a circular heating element which only heats a portion of the skillet surface, the NuWave Medley utilizes a uniquely designed cast iron heating element which is built to last and ensures even heating throughout the entire skillet. You’ll never have to worry about hot or cold spots thanks to the even spacing and consistent heating.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
The secret to the NuWave Medley's cooking capabilities lies in the advanced temperature probe. Unlike ordinary analog probes, the Medley’s digital temperature has advanced silicone chip and additional temperature sensors built right in, ensuring consistent and accurate temperatures every time you cook. It even has a built-in LED display, allowing you to clearly see your cooking temperature or cooking time. Adding to the user-friendly features, the probe lets you adjust the cooking temperature, set the cooking time and even power the Medley on or off all using the temperature control knob.

NON-STICK COATING
The NuWave Medley is made with eco-friendly diamond infused Duralon® Healthy Ceramic Non-Stick Coating, giving you the ultimate non-stick cooking surface. While other non-stick coatings have a hardness grade of 2-3H, Duralon® registers at a whopping 9H grade, just below a diamond. In fact, with the long-lasting non-stick coating, you can fry over 20,000 eggs without using any oil and the skillet will remain perfectly non-stick.
