Each piece of NuWave’s Commercial Cookware is made with a triple-ply construction consisting of an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel. The result is cookware that’s as durable as they come, able to withstand the wears and tears that come from virtually any professional kitchen. Each piece of cookware is made with a riveted cast stainless steel handle for an easy grip.

VERSATILITY
NuWave Commercial Cookware works on gas and electric stoves and it’s even oven-safe up to 500°F for added versatility. And thanks to the magnetic stainless steel base, it even works on induction cooktops. The cookware is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. This cookware also include a lid made out of the same 18/10 stainless steel used in the cookware itself. These lids are great for simmering and steaming, as well as preventing food splatters. The lids are also oven-safe for seamless cooking transition and dishwasher-safe for added convenience.
